multi level extraction

I'm also trying to do a multi level extraction using website www.arigas.com and I'm having trouble following the tutorial and following any of the suggestions posted within the forum. I've noticed that several others have mentioned the same issue. Is it possible to have a very detailed step by step explanation posted here? I know this product will do exactly what I need and that the sample extraction project worked perfectly but I need to be confident that I can duplicate what was provided before making a purchase.
