Semi-manual extraction

I have an extraction project where I can easily build the data pattern for extracting data but where it is impossible for me to build an accurate Next Page pattern.

What I would like is a semi-manual extraction method which would work as follows:

1. Using the built-in browser, I surf to the first page where extraction will start
2. I hit a button or menu item which launches the data extraction process for that page
3. I manually navigate to the next page
4. I hit a button or menu item which launches the data extraction process for that page
5. Return to step 3 etc.
6. I hit a menu item to indicate that the extraction process is complete for all the required pages, data file is saved.
