Stability of $900 software?

I am currently running the 15 day trial of websundew to see if the software is right for me. But so far I have to say not so much...

The software is very unstable to say the least. Every time I try to create a multilevel extraction using either Linked Tag or Simple Details the program crashes.

I have tested all 3 versions on two different XP machines, and it's the same problem every time.

Is there ANY way to avoid this? Otherwise I cannot justify spending so much money on a piece of software.

Hi,

sometimes the program's work is unstable. It depends on browser component in use. Unstable work can occur only during extraction configuring and not during its work. In the nearest future we are planning to replace this component with the more stable one.
